We are an independent Canon partner based in the midlands. Supplying managed print supported by our first-class service. We have a large portfolio of products from the small office printer to the latest print production technology.
Plan
No office space is the same, so we make bespoke tailored recommendations to suit your workplace and requirements while providing first class managed service. This may involve a site visit from one of our specialists or a print audit to establish your current usage before this recommendation takes place. We may also recommend a tailored software solution should we feel it would benefit your business.
Implementation
We can deliver and install machines within a few working days. No waiting weeks for suppliers to order from the manufacturer before they can supply. We have our own logistics team who will deliver and install the devices as well as configuring the devices to your network and specifications.
Manage
We are proactive in our maintenance of the devices. Machines are monitored remotely using eMaintenance which can identify any mechanical issues before our clients realise they have a problem on the device. If we can’t fix the issue remotely, we have a team of highly qualified local Canon service engineers on hand to do the job. Our managed print contracts include all your service, parts, warranty, call out, maintenance, labour and all mono/colour toners.

Leasing Options
Renting or leasing a printer is a solution many businesses take advantage of. Multifunction printers are expensive and the capital cost of an outright purchase can be prohibitive. In addition to your rental or lease agreement, we would provide a service contract to run in tandem with your lease, which would cover your devices for all service, parts, warranty, call out, maintenance, labour and all mono/colour toners. We have various contract options so that you can budget and know exactly what your ongoing print costs will be. Our agreements are transparent with no hidden costs or nasty surprises; we pride ourselves on first class service while putting our customers first.
